Carolyn is a graduate of Miami of Ohio university with a major in mathmatics.
               She was employed as a Senior Systems Analyst for a leading chemical
               company before relocating  to Southern Pines in 1980.

               Carolyn was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson by the NC Real Estate
               Commission in 1989 and became a Real Estate Broker in 1995.

               Carolyn worked for franchised real estate companies until 2006.  During this
               time she received numerous awards and recognitions for sales production
               on the international, national, regional, and local levels.

               Carolyn founded her own real estate company in 2006 to better serve
               her clients and customers.  She now receives almost all of her business from
               past clients and customers, or from her corporate and
               affinity networks.

               Carolyn is a Accredited Buyers Representative (A.B.R), a Certified Residential
               Specialist (C.R.S), and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S).  She earned
               her E-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors in 2005.

               Carolyn is a member of the National and State Association of Realtors, the
               Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors, the Independent Brokers
               Network, and the Southeast Resort Realty Association. 

               Carolyn specializes in the listing and sale of both residential and commercial 
               properties. Many of her clients are members of our Armed Forces,
               professionals in the medical field, and relocating employees of large
               manufacturing and service corporations.  She has over $65 million in closed
               property transactions since beginning her career in real estate.

               Carolyn provides “Classic One-on-One 24/7 Service to all of her clients. She
               does all of her own work, and leaves no tasks for others to perform.
               She prides herself on her attention to detail,  and her professional service
               to all those involved in the real estate transaction.
