The Independent Broker Network is an affiliation of small local independent real estate firms that pride themselves on superior hands on service to all of their clients and customers.

Member firms share ideas, technology, marketing techniques, and discuss issues that are prevelent in our local real estate economy.

They also share and support each other's listings and provide support and backup whenever the demands placed upon a member firm exceeds that firm's resources. 

The Southeast Resort Realty Associates is an affiliation of regional real estate firms that have offices in some of the major resort and retirement communities of the Southeast United States.

Member firms provide special services to their clients that are relocating from one region to another region, or who desire to buy or sell a second property in one of the areas that are served by a member firm.

Member firms also share specific issues that occur in their individual real estate marketplaces, and frequently participate in joint workshops and seminars that are designed to provide valuable information to all member firms

Joseph Ragone Realty Services  is an independent North Carolina real estate company that provides specialized services to other real estate firms, to referral agents, and to seller's of residential property that qualify for the 1% listing broker commission program.

Exclusive Referral Agent Program
This progam is designed for the new provision broker who cannot justify the costs of becoming a full-service broker in today's depressed real estate market.  The program is also open to non-provisional brokers who have experienced a significant reduction in transactions in today's real estate market.  In many cases, referral compensation can be 30% to 50% of the selling or buying side's commission.  There are no local board, association, or firm dues or fees associated with this program.

Web Site Design & Implementation
The firm provides low-cost web site design and implementation services for smaller, independent real estate firms. Currenty, "Point2 Agent" is the preferred web site service provider used for these services. 

Listings Manager
This program provides special listing services to residential property owners that have listing contracts with partnership firms.  These no-cost services include real and personal property evaluations, recurring landscaping services, and regularily scheduled open houses.

Special Property Listing Program
This service is only offered through a partnership agreement with Carolyn Ragone Real Estate LLC.  Selling clients that are accepted into this program pay a 1% commission to the listing broker, with the balance of the commission going to the selling broker.  Services provided include advertising in the local MLS, and on the Internet.  Other services include email advertising to association brokers, and a for sale sign and lockbox.  The seller also gets full represention under the provisions of this program.  In order to qualify for this program, the property's listing price must be higher than $500,000, and the property must have been listed by any association real estate firm for any one of the previous two 6-month listing periods. 

Southeast Resort Realty Associates
Joseph Ragone Realty Services provides membership services to real estate firms that are affiliated with the S.R.R.A.  The S.R.R.A. is an network of independent real estate firms that are located in several of the larger resort and retirement areas of the Southeast United States.
